If they have the technology, do you think they will bring back didgitized actors to play as characters?

They could make the characters 3d models of real people. I think this would be a good thing. I don't think there's enough memory to have separate models for each frame of animation, (Like they used to have separate digitised photos in the original games for each frame)- but just look at how realistic the people are in Max Payne 2 etc.

I would like the babe that played Taja in MK:couquest to have her likeness in MK6 if she is some where in MK6. In all it would be cool to have some likeness from the MK movies to be in MK6 to me.

Yeah. It works for the 007 games but the MK game character's need to have their own look.
They did it for MK4, and I can't understand why they didn't for MK5. The characters looked awesome in MK4, and in MKDA they all pretty much look like crap. Not only do all of the male characters have absurdly huge muscles, but almost all the characters' faces look horrible. Seriously, characters like Sonya for instance, looked 10 times better in MK4... So yeah, I definitely hope they go back to using actors to portray the characters.
Realistic graphics was always Mortal Kombat's trademark, and I think it's sad that Midway decided to try a different approach. I certainly hope they use some common sense and realize it was a failure, and use actors for the characters in MK6. I miss people like Rich, Carlos, Tony and Kerri... :(

i concur with mr jigsaw. In addition- they could get the real actors to do the cut-scenes (or at least the face close-ups) on bluescreen or something- as well as their own motion capture (i think the mokap guy did motion capture for everyone in mk5- not wholly realistic since people move differently depending on their weight, gender etc.)
