What I think of the idea? I think it can't be done until MK6 is released. I mean, after all, there's only been two new MKs after MK1-3, so...

And I don't want them working on it until MK6 is released, because, I want them to put their full effort into MK6. I don't really want another one of those trilogy games anyway.

If they do another compilation, or another trilogy, which they *could* do after MK6 (MK4, MKDA and MK6), then they might, but I wouldn't be excited about it. I would buy it probably, but I wouldn't be as hyped as if it were a completely new Mortal Kombat."

I wasn't so keen on trilogy. It was sort of fun-ish and all (bar the TERRIBLE AI).
However, I would prefer a whole NEW Mortal Kombat game, as opposed to a compilation of the past.

Good idea overall, but I think what they need to do is just wait until they are positive they have drained the life of the Mortal Kombat games, and then as a last tribute give the fans everything in one game and I mean everything, not like MKT that claimed to have everything. All characters, all stages, return of animalities, babalities, brutalities, friendships, fegality, and every fatality ever made. The characters will possess all moves they have ever learned, all costumes they have ever worn, all weapons that was ever in any game. Special features like Aggressor meter. Mini games such as test your might, test your sight, pong, galaga. Am I forgetting anything? Of course this will be a multidisk game. Special features should include plenty of videos about what happened to every character in the series. I expect the game to take close to 10 years to make.

Good idea, but not now

Boon and co. should now work on MK6 to make it a great game (maybe greater than MKDA). After MK6, they can make a Trilogy 2 most likely. Also with the new chars from MK6

if they did it like the first trilogy do you know how funny it would be to see the mk4 shinnok sprite on an xbox or game cube, it woul look terrible.
