An upgraded MKDA

I will start off by asking, Why does everyone seem to hate the idea of an upgraded version of MKDA????
I would like that idea b/c I think a lot of classic characters need a chance to be in the story of MKDA.
If Ed Boon ever decides on it I would like to see these following characters...

Noob Saibot
Rain
Jade
Mileena
Fujin
Sindel
Kabal
Smoke
Nimbus

The last one could be a new character who was mentioned during early rumours about MK5 a few years back.

That's all the characters I can think of for now.
The 9 of them would make it 30 characters.

9 new characters in just an 'upgrade'??

Somehow I don't think so. That is hell of alot of work for the dev team. It's just not going to happen.
And upgrades suck! It took them 5 years to make this game already, they don't need an upgrade. If they did it would postpone any plans for the next sequel of the game.

The next installment needs to be mk6 with a new stoyline.

Well for some reason an upgrade may not postpone an MK6. Think about it. It didn't take them long to make MK4 after after they did 2 upgraded versions of the MK3. It did not take them 5 years to complete MKDA, it just took a long time figuring out what should be in the game. That's all just the way it seems to me. And remember this is just my opinion.

The upgrade idea has been tossed around the board before.
I don't think it's such a great idea, I'd rather wait for MK6, I like MKDA tha way it is, and some of those characters are killed off in the storyline, or it might be hard to write them into the storyline.

Same thing.
If they make an upgrade to MKDA, they will have to figure out who and how to put them into the story.
Which takes time. So why waste the time on the upgrade when they can use that time to create a totally new game. It just doesn't make sense to me.

i thikn that the characters that are in the game are more than enough , i wouldnt mind a booster disc for xbox with ripped clothes and possibly some more levels to fight on

I don't mind an upgrade provided you can toss oponents into the portal, into the lava, into the acid, into a whirlwind on Sarna Ruins, into the spider (comes to life) at Quan Chis fortress and into the snakes (comes to life) on Shang Tsungs stage, to name but a few stage fatalities.

Also, SEKTOR and NIGHTWOLF should be in.
