Depends. You need to be a little more specific, no offense. But do you mean to unlock Kenshi? Or train with Kenshi? If it's the unlocking, he's in the very first village over by the monk's temple. If it's the training, you can first spot him near the Earthrealm portal. He moves after that, and I think he's outside the Lin Kuei temple then, but I'm not for sure, I don't remember exactly.
