Anyone notice that Moifah has some qualities of Pi Gua?

Moifah has these really quick low kicks to the leg of the opponent causing their leg to give out like the low kicks of Pi Gua (4).
Which guarantees Hellfire. (woo hoo) lol
It also has these quick mid kicks that seems to resemble Pi Gua (3).
Don't know for sure though how they take that move though.
But thats all I wanted to say.

If I'm correct, Moifah is a branch off of Pi Gua. I also believe Moifah will be a more effective style for Scorpion than Pi Gua, although Pi Gua was a great style.

No style is more effective than Pi Gua for Scorpion. Pi Gua is what made Scorpion the absolute top of the tier list in DA.

I'm not so sure about that. Hapkido was also one of the top styles as well. I think second, or third. Pi Gua had to be like around that, but I think Moifah is more. Ninjutsu would be even better for him, considering he's a ninja.

Yeah dude, Hapkido is highly under-rated.
It's extremely fast and has nice mix ups.

No, Hapkido wasn't anywhere near being one of the top three fighting styles. In fact, it was only really a middle ground fighting style. It's nowhere near the level of Drunken Fist or Tae Kwan Do for example.
If you were playing strictly to win you would never even bother with Hapkido. That's how worthless it was when Pi Gua was around.

You sure about that?
Because Hapkido in my hands = your ass on a platter.

I'm sure, trust me. Hapkido is worthless just like Ninja Sword is worthless. Pi Gua was the top fighting style in DA for a reason, moves that are basically 100% safe as well as guarenteed Hellfires.

That doesn't matter, if you know how to use Hapkido with intelligence, it becomes very effective.
d+4 as well as 3 back 1 or any combo that ends in 3 back 1 guarantees hellfire.
And Pi Gua had no juggles either.

Actually, it does matter. Even if you play smart there's really nothing you can do when fighting against a player that knows how to abuse the shitty fighting engine. You can attack all you want but it doesn't really make a difference if you can't connect. That's what being totally safe is. Juggles don't matter either.
Pi Gua doesn't need or revolve around combos like I said. Want to know why you'll lose? You have recovery time, Pi Gua user shoves you into a hellfire and there's nothing you can do about it. It's as simple as that really.

Well the shove won't be in MKD so it can't be abused anymore.
And Pi Gua won't be AS good with Hotaru since he doesn't have Hellfire.
But I still think Hapkido will be awesome in MKD.
Ok I'm going to sleep now.
