Just spoke to EBgames and Gamespot on the phone.
EBgames doesn't ship to U.K. at all,and Gamestop doesn't ship XBOX games to the U.K.

So anyone found a way of ordering the Xbox US Version of the Kollector's edition (I have a US XBox)
