I didnt play a build or anything but that simply means u can DO fatalities at anytime once it says finish him, that just unlocks the button presses for fatalities in case you didn't know them before hand, but im sure most will be like me and get all the fatalities and hara kiri's the second we get the game and second someone posts them like IGN or something. First thing i'll do is go online and find a list of all hara kiris and fatalities.
