This past Sunday, A Brand New EB Games opened up in my shopping center. I went in to pre-order the Kollector's Edition on MKD, and to my surprise, there was a huge MKD KE Scorpion poster hanging on the wall, and in the upper right hand corner, it said something along the lines of:

"North America Exclusive: Pre-Order The Premium Pack For The Playstation 2 Gaming Console, Or The Xbox Exclusive Kollector's Edition Now!"

Well that may infact answer your questions on whether or not the Kollector's Edition is coming to Europe or not.
