Haha yes, obviously an april fools joke.

I actually hate april fools, because in the past there has been some pretty nasty jokes that got my hopes up just to come crashing down. (mk vs street fighter on the cover of a magazine which i thought was real, not noticing until later it was April 01)

However, free touch klose.... that I believe isn't an april fools joke as the words free and klose were on there before, and quite possibly could mean.... either A) the press is going to get a hands on with the new mk soon or B) A PLAYABLE DEMO ON XBL/PSN!!! With the ability to download videos, movies and game demos through your consoles respective networks becoming more and more popular, a demo of MK will happen someday I hope, unless he wants to keep it hands off until launch day which MK is notorious for since there have been no demos in the past AFAIK.

On another note, even though I'm glad he didn't post a mk vs primal rage logo or fake screenshot keeping us guessing as to whether it was real or not since its already April 1st, it is a pretty lackadaisical attempt at an april fools joke by Boon. Overall I'm happy he didn't take anything too far, however. =)

I agree, and i'm glad he didn't do something ridiculous. I'm a big fan of the band TOOL and yearly they go waaay over the top with April Fools jokes and actually...cause their fans a lot of grief and humiliation! I'm glad Boon didn't post like a huge trailer of fake footage or made people stand in line at their local Gamestop where the first 50 people will get a demo disc of the game's progress and when your gamestop opens they reveal that they had no idea this was supposed to happen, and that there is no demo.

Believe me...That's the type of stuff TOOL does to their fans. Haha.
