I agree. what the hell is the point of a stradegy guide if it give no secrets of stradegy

Yeah, I looked at it while in the store, and the fact that I only saw 1 fatality listed for most characters, and the fact that there were no pictures of Liu Kang and he was listed as "mystery" pretty much clinched my decision to not buy it. Looked like a piece of crap to me.

...Because they want people to have SOME enjoyment of discovering stuff for themselves.
All of their strategy guides are like this, and has been for years! Why all the sudden does everyone care so much?

Naw man. MKDA's guide revealed all you needed. It was a step in the right direction. Why would I dish out extra money for a guide if I didn't want to know all the secrets? I don't care about konquest...I just want to unlock the characters, in the fastest way possible, have the ability to look up all fatalities, etc. I want to focus on playing the game with friends...not on spending time by myself in my room trying to unlock stuff. If you enjoy spending time by yourself playing a game, don't buy a guide and enjoy yourself, there is nothing wrong with that But, if you want to spend a little extra money and get everything easy, it should be an option....otherwise what's the point of getting a guide?

grrrrrr i feel all your pain i got it the first day and man did it suck!!!! so now i must relay on the net so some one has a site with the correct moves the post it.

I agree BradyGames Stragy Guides are Horriable, I have a 6 diffrent ones from them alot of them are RPG guides. Its makes me very angry when im trying to go through a game and get everything and i pay my hard earned cash for the Guide and it leaves important info out. Cant some one make a good Stratgy Guide. Ah well i guess i will have to go through the game all by my self, just like back in the day.

I got the guide too and I was totally disappointed!!! This was the first time I bought a guide. I'm returning mine this weekend!!!

Dude I was looking at it before. It looks terrible. the only thing that drew my attention was this hidden code that is not figured out yet. But I did not get it for that.
but that hidden code makes me curious if it is a hidden menu or something.

Yes I agree. But, the hidden kode wasn't enough to get me to change my feelings about returning it.

The code page of the code on the odd numbered pages? Also yea the guide is total crap.
