BRC (weapon stance) - f+3 gives you a free throw.You can't duck it.f+3 has a ridiculous and broken range.After throw,walk up and a b+1 is guaranteed.
Dairou doesn't have a glitch with his throw as far as I know.After his throw,he can barely move,but it's still good for keep-away which is what Dairou is all about in the first place.
Maybe you meant Darrius?In weapon stance,throw,walk up and 1,2,4,4,4 for like 50%-63% of damage.Yep,pretty glitchy and un-tested game.
