bug (sort of) when fighting with li mei

i noticed a kind of mistake in the game when using li mei where it counts the damage wrong with one particular juggle combo. let's say you do the following:

sai: u-2, d-b-4 (cartwheel kick)

you will get 4 hits, 20% damage. however, if you do the following:

sai: u-2, u-2, d-b-4

you will get 5 hits, 17% damage. this is the correct number of hits, but obviously you're doing the exact same thing as above except you're throwing in one extra hit before you do the cartwheel kick, which also lands the same number of hits. so why is it less damaging? i'm wondering if there are any other combos for other characters which register as less damage when they should be inflicting more. has anyone noticed anything like this?
If u + 2 is a pop up attack, hits decrease in damage value when you hit a launched opponent. Especially when you do a second pop up after the first.

ohhhh. i knew that if you did a certain number of popups in a row, the value of the popup attack decreased, in some cases to 0%, which is kind of nice because it keeps you honest, but i didn't realize that attacks following that also decreased. thanks for clearing that up.

Ya, it's pretty weak if you ask me. I've been searching for a way to reset the damage or cancel the drawback, but nothing has come up yet. WEAK SAUCE!!!!
