Can Anyone Give Me A Really Detailed Location for Shujinkos Freeze?

I keep reading E5/F5 in orderealm, in a building. There's nly one building in F5, and none in E5, but the door is right on the E5/F5 border, so I'm assuming this is the building, but I go in, and there's no Freeze move. I would meditate, but you can't indoors, so it seems kinda pointless. I could go right by it and never know.
Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong?
