OK, I didn't know of this change.
The E3 build has Ninjasword as his weapon style.

strange i saw the exact same picbut with moifah instead of fire sword???

maybe the vs screen text says ninjasword..only because they havent changed the text for it yet. most of the stuff in mkd are copied and paste from mkda..as early as a week before e3 they were using mkdas power bars, etc..theres still some stuff that needs to be changed, obviously.

did you watch any of the gameplay videos???

The same with Li Mei. In the Vs Select Screen, her weapon are a Melon, but in the in-game vids, her weapon are a Morning Star (Spiked Melon)

Scorpion should have his twisted/curved sword from MK4. That sword was bad ass.

Of course I have seen the videos, but i didnt pick up on that. I was just going by the screenshots! Screenshots are as good as any confirmation, but you are right about the mugai ryu.

It's strange that some fighters have their weapon style as a real actual style of weapon system (ie: mugai ryu, naginata) whereas some fighters just have a simple weapon only (ie: axe, katana, koriblade).

krimzon, scorpion didnt have a curved swoed on mk4..liu kang did..scorpions was just a straight sword..

personally i think scorpions new sword has a story behind it..something to do with his hunt for quan chi
