As i told you in the other thread,you can't unlock any more characters by normal ways.You can play as the Deadly Alliance characters (Sonya,Kitana,Cage,Quan Chi,etc) but they doesn't count as legit unlockable characters because they are unlocked through cheat devices or trainers if you have a modded xbox.

u can if u find the green key the chest is in the white kazbo after u first get all the kamidous a chest will appear but will not open
