There's absolutely no way to go back? There's some hidden stuff in there that some people might have missed, like scorpions alt. Granted, it's easy to find, but I saw a few things there that I couldn't seem to do anything about at first, like Ermac running past the play courtyard, or stryker running behind a building.

I would definately love to to go back, cuz many missions I still want to finish.

Yeah I got locked out from the village to. The doors don't open even when i am meditating. There are some secrets there also that I couldn't figure out.
Like the sleeping boy, and the guard by the temple that didn't let you pass.
And also the other Dojo's around the school where boraicho trained you. It said it could not let you because they were closed for that specific time.
To me I think there is a way to go back. We just have to keep on playing the quest.

The bradygames guide says you can't get back in.
I personally think we will eventually, but I don't know how.
I saw a chest and a music Icon right at the end as I was talking to Bo Rai Cho, but didn't get it before I fought him and then I was locked out.

Don't you wish you could get the costume from when you fought him in the Nexus and he had those horn things?

that's really stupid if you can't go back. i personally didn't look for a lot of the hidden stuff while playing through konquest becuase i wanted to get it over and see the ending, but i figuered you would be able to go back when you were done!!!!

Yeah it IS really stupid... I wonder if this is meant to be, or a poor programming on Ed Boon and his team's part....
