Ok this was my created slasher character but i think it would be cool to have him as a character in MK.

Story:
When his mother was pregnant with him she was abusing drugs, and after giving birth she died. Scott was put in an orphanege. At age of 5 he killed brutally one of the orphans after what he was put in a mental clinic. He had no feelings: no pain, no love, no right or wrong. At age of 25 he broke out of the hospital killing 2 nurses and one painter who was painting one of the rooms. Scott stole the chemical mask from the painer. After 2 days a killing spree started. No one could stop him until he just disappeared. He actually was sucked in a portal into the Outworld where the war against the Dragon King was raged. He doen't care who wins he just wants to kill peaple and nor the Earth wariors nor the dragon king can stand in his way.

1)Grabs head punches so hard that the enemy goes out flying
2)Slampunch
3)Groundshaker stomp
4)Spinebreaker hug
Fatality1:
Makes some moves with his axes but nothing hapens with the enemy. He waits a little and then body parts of the enemy start to fall off one by one until they are all gone.
Fatality2:
Grabs the enemyes head and turns it 180 degrees. The enemy stands for a while. Scott pokes him and the enemy falls.
Hara-Kiri:
Doesn't have one-not his style.
