No the only character we know for sure is baraka.

But some characters that most likely will be back:
-Scorpion (Boon loves him... won't get rid of him)
-Dragon King was confirmed i think....
-They said they were very interested in using Daiouru
-And probably the rest of ur usual MK cast (sonya, sub, etc)

Yeah thats true. I should say the only character safe to assume will be in the game is Baraka, but even that's not for sure.
