It'd be nice to see them back, but they're no longer necessry really. I liked the random selection on MKDA.

No, I wouldn't want them back. They're not needed anymore; their original purpose was to give a difficulty option for people playing at the arcades (MK3, MK4)- and with the difficulty settings on home consoles they just aren't relevant.

If there was some kind of selection for who you fought against (as in the MK4 rotating towers), that'd be cool- some default opponents, some optional ones- but I'm not sure how it'd work practically!
