If you're talking about the teaser trailer of Baraka fighting Mileena, you can unlock that in the Krypt. I don't know of any other "Baraka videos" other than that one or the trading card one.
On the subject of cinematics, does anyone else find the opening cutscene to be especially kickass? The first time I loaded up Deception, I was already blown away by the awesome Raiden/Shang Tsung/Quan Chi fight.
