Hi, i would really like to know where u can unlock him because i am up to the bit just after defeating Raiden and i still haven't unlocked ANY characters. And Hotaru is one of my favourites. So does anyone know where to find the place to unlock him??

You should be able to see a chest around this area where he is located. If you can't seem to find him, keep looking.

Complete Konquest Mode and return the Realm of Order.

You will find Raiden around area E-3 or E-4 surrounded by Seidan Guardsmen. Challenge and defeat the Thunder God to obtain the key to his Koffin in the Krypt

So you have to have Konquest COMPLETELY finished before he gives u the key???

just get it done and after the "congrats! you can now play as shujunko" screen, go back and defeat raiden.
