I'm not sure...I recall reading something about it but I can't remember if it was something official or a fan post, could u guys clear me up on this plz?

Neither has been announced I believe. I hope that the torn clothing is in. Broken limbs would be cool, but I don't think it's needed.

No mention of those and I don't think there has been any sign of them in the videos either from what I've seen.
