This is no bull shit, but i have seen the cpu perform 4 breakers and once it happend online too.
Is this another stupid flaw like many of this game has?
Has anyone else noticed this?

I'd like to know something as well with the breakers! I was playing a couple of times online and I didn't use any breakers, but after using one I lost two of my three breakers.
Did this ever happen to anyone? It made no sense to me.

Yeah it happened to me too. Now it happens to all of my opponents, why you ask? Well if you break a move that has a double hit like Li Mei's cartwheel kick while being juggled or even Kobra's axe kick while being comboed will register late online and result in two breakers being used up at one time. I generally will not use breakers when I know my opponent will use those double hit moves in a combo. Be watchful my friend.
