hit down and square for his low punch attack, then grab him in this R1 throw when he is stunned a bit hit foward foward circle, to do is special punch where he comes up from the ground, when hes in the air hit him with the square, triangle, circle combo, where he changes back to noob, i think thats the best one. and when you can use his cloud special and stun them just repeat that combo
