It was never confirmed that ermac is back, that could be Dairou for all we know.

I think I might have it spelled wrong but Dairou was a concept character from MK:DA. Although the MK: Team seems to really like this character because they had alot of designs for him and sort of seem depressed by the fact that he wasn't in there when you read the messages for his pictures.

Dariou and Baphomet's designs seemed really basic and un-inspired. If they are included I hope they are changed for the better from the concepts we saw in the Krypt.

Your confirmed list is fine. As for the rumoured chaarcters, I hope Li Kano is not in tis game! If Kang is to return, he should come back as himself! And Nightwolf is looking like a strong possibility!

Cek, when was Nightwolf confirmed? If you know something that we don't then please share. If you're just going on that grainy ass picture that everyone keeps posting, then I'm not convinced at all. I'm not flaming you or anything. I was honestly just curious if you knew something or had heard something because you seem pretty confident, that's all.

When did Cyrax, Drahmin, Kung Lao etc come from in the "rumored" section? I haven't heard any rumors regarding these characters. Any insight would be well appreciated.

As for Liu/Kano, I think bringing them back as two halves to the same whole would be awesome. One of Kano's fighting styles can be his, and the other is Liu Kang, complete with Bruce Lee yelling etc. Just my opinion.

UPDATE: We have confirmed through an anonymous source within Midway that the red ninja is in fact Ermac! This should end speculation concerning the identity of at least one of the new fighters. Our thanks to our source for the heads-up!

I'm not saying nightwolf is confirmed, though I'm 95% sure that picture is of him. Then again, it may Dairou(wh oI think has potential
