who gave the real command to take out baraka's tarkatan forces?mileena or really kitana? oooo....so deception........

It was Mileena.

You can see in HER ending that she commands the forces of good against the army of Baraka.

It has always been Mileena, disguised as Kitana.

In Bos ending, "kitana" comands the forces of light to fight against the tarkatan....but that is Mileena.
