your right smoke is made of smoke, but i need to see a pic, if he is smoke then how does he kick and crap, and wats his alternate outfit, i think alternate should be half cyber half ninja.
at least all the "ninjas" look different now, with noob being a shadow, smoke being smoke, and reptile being a damn reptile. sub mask looks like luin kuei, while scorpions looks like a ninjas.

Smoke will be smoke. Clearly that, kinda like Blaze is fire. It'll be like him wearing his gi and shit, but made of smoke. Craziness. You'll see.

I have said from the VERY beginning that I want him made up of smoke and not a human. I have said that for months now, even before he was confirmed in the game. So of course that's how I want him to be. He could be a human form, but made up totally of smoke. Then have the whole smoke effect around him. Then his Fatalities can be a whole lot better then they were, and he wouldn't be a pallet swap of a ninja or a cyborg anymore.

Smoke should be a spectre that has trails of smoke emitting from his eyes.

all of themare different now except ermac and scorpion who both look like ninjas still but they DO look way different from each other.

reptile and subzero changed. smoke IS INDEED made up of smoke. confirmed.

all they need now is for noob alternate to look like a grim reaper, then they would all look totally different.

but what is his alternate outfit then, cyborg maybe? cause when games starts he will be cyborg, his ending or some crap would say he turned to smoke so he could have cyborg look.

just like sonyas ending was general and she got that outfit for her alternate.

Smoke should not be fully smoke. That is lame. He should be some sort of solid smoke matter with still a ninja outfit of some sort that is the color grey.

All the ninja's still look like ninja's except for Reptile. But they do all have unique ninja outfits which is kool. So Smoke should still be a ninja but have maybe unique smoke features. A

And Noob should not become the grim reaper. This is MK not some horror flick. If you notice all the ninja's stayed true to what they were except they got different looks. Noob was always a shadow and is staying like that just with a different shadow outfit. He's not going to become something he is not.
