I don't know if this would count as a glitch or not, but I thought it was kinda funny. I was playing as scorpion and the other guy picked Nightwolf. We were playing on the lower part of the furnace level (with the smashing death trap). I was one hit away from defeating him (1st round), and he was backing up towards the "danger" zone. I ended up performing scorp's teleport kick, thus defeating nightwolf for that round, but after I did that... I was immediatly pushed into the death trap. So both of our life bars were full, and it still said Scorpion Wins, probably cuz I defeated him first.
I dunno y... just thot it was kinda cool... considering the opponent didn't do anything to hit me into the death trap, but because I hit my opponent that ended up pushing me into it. I guess that would have sucked if my opponent wasn't near being defeated, then I would have lost.

Heh, the only thing that happened to me like that, was I uppercutted the guy for the final blow on the edge of falling cliffs, thus sending him off, only a few moments later, the cliff edge fell and I died right after ;\

I was fighting some guy, we were both Kabal, and we both happened to do the run move at each other at exactly the same time. So we hit each other and we both stood there spinning around like idiots. That was pretty funny.
Also, when fighting on Falling Cliffs, both me and my opponent were on the edge, neither of us had taken a single hit, and we were both struggling to knock the other off the cliff. It was miraculous how every single hit either of us threw was avoided by jumping and ducking and such. Well eventually the edge fell and we both fell to our deaths. Much cursing over the Xbox Live Headset ensued.

Yeah, I've had the double fall on the falling cliffs too.
The most interesting thing I've seen though is if you hit Noob with one of Nightwolf's arrows and then he does his invisibility move, you can still see the arrow floating around, thus tagging him, and rendering his invisibility useless.
Try it next time you fight Noob online. Piss off your opponent. :D

In the Beetle Lair, I was fighting some guy, I don't remember who he chose, and I was Shujinko. He was right next to the Caution wall when I did a sliding foot grab. when I kick him he went through the wall, but for some reason if you knock the opponent off of something using the sliding foot grab it goes insane. So he fell inside the wall and down a bit, it froze for a second, then he got shot out from ontop of the wall. Shujinko didn't jump down from the top like he should though, instead he floated from the end of the arena into the center. It was weird. =\
