I think there should be newer, cooler weapons! For example, a whip/chain or something along those lines, Quan Chi's original weapon, the staff with the head in the concept art, and original stuff like that! |
To be honest, I didn't like and don't like the "living weapon" idea, but I do agree in your point about less sword-like weapons. There are still many more to choose from, like the Axe, Hammer, Ball-and-Chain, Mace, Whip, Scythe (a big one, not like Nitara's Kamas), even a simple Club if they want. It'll give more variety in fighting.
