OK, in DA all the old characters had they're old school costumes, and I thought that was a pretty cool idea, and if Deception has 3 costumes then how bout they do it like this:

Costumes
1. Main: Starting
2. Alternate: Unlocked in Krypt
3. Old School: Unlocked after you defeat DK

And for new characters

1. Main: Starting
2. Alternate: Unlocked in Krypt
3. Alternate 2: Unlocked after you beat DK

Like this would be Smokes in my concept

1.Main: The smoke elemental thing that it looks like on the select screen

2. Alternate: Human Smoke

3. Old School: Cyber Smoke

This has been said many time. Though, I don't see how they could pull it off, depending on his move set and all. BTW, Smoke's Old School should be Human Smoke since that was his first appearance.

I know, some costumes might pose problems for their special moves, like smoke. Also if they have an unmasked Kabal costume, it might be difficult to figure out how to use that for his unmask fatality, which he could have.

i was thinking the same thing also. i think it would be a great idea.

How could you unlock costumes for other characters when you're only playing one in Konquest?

You maybe find the character and this unlocks their alternate costume.
I thought konquest was where all the secrets are gonna be anyway.
