He died 2 days later releasing his soul and all the others but he trapped the other souls and used them for his own power. They all went into his rotten body and turned into Drekon.
He ruled the outworld but killed shang by rippin body in half :). Lui kang faced him and.......
he cuts their legs off with the axes and then leaves them crawling away from him. Then he jumps on them and rips their head in half and eats their brain.

Bio:
Viper was Scorpion's wife in real life. However, after she & Scorpion were killed, she, unlike Scorpion, was transported to the opposite end of the Netherealm. She then escaped near the Lin Kuei temple. Knowing they would kill her if they knew she was a Shirai Ryu, so she donned Lin Kuei-like garbs & went with the Lin Kuei.
She then pitched the idea of the cybernetic Lin Kuei warriors, which the grandmasters honored, & made her a high member. She then sent Cyrax on a reconaissance mission to track down Subby & kill him. However, Cyrax didn't return, so she sent Smoke off, but he didn't return either. She then left the Lin Kuei, but not before harnessing her ice powers along with her spectre powers.
After she heard that Sektor was challenging Sub-Zero for the fate of the Lin Kuei, she hid behind a rock & watched the fight. After she heard that Sub-Zero had been having a tourney for entrance into the reformed Lin Kuei, she joined, only to be cut short when Frost impaled her in the legs & she died from blood loss.
She then went back to the Netherealm, but Viper found a portal to Outworld, right near the tomb of the Dragon King's undefeatable army. She had read the runes, only to discover the Dragon king's weakness. Viper then made a trip to Shang Tsung's Palace.
When she got there, she sensed a magical energy, & dead bodies on the floor were right by the steps. She then joined Onaga's army with Hotaru & Baraka to get some answers...

She stabs herself in the temples with her sai. Then, before she died, she threw shurikens in the air, so they fall onto her.

Ending: During a battle with the Lin Kuei, Viper saw a yellow figure in the distance. She rushed over to see what it was, & it turned out to be Scorpion. She teleported to where he was, & they laid eyes on each other for the first time in 10 years. They then went off to kill Quan Chi...together...

special moves: one of his moves is when he can dissapear and the stage forms a thick fog around it, like reptile but with fog, and he stays invisible until he is hit.another move is when he shoots up the ground where the opponent is standing because he can control water vapor so it brings up wet dirt and little chunks of slug, so the opponent gets hit with stuff and has to wipe it off so it stuns the for a second. Another move is when he transports to the other side of the screen and kicks them in the air, and as hes doing it he turns into a fog so he cannot be hit, only blocked.
Story: Fog was once an elder god of outworld known as Aroki, he was banished to the earthrealm after going against the word of the dragon king and as ever since been trapped in the body of an entity known to most only as fog and the only way to return was to defeat the dragon king in mortal kombat. Fog has trained in the highest mountains on the farthest regions of earth waiting for one day when he can finally be return to the outworld to defeat the dragon king and freed from his body to reclaim his status as elder god and become the new ruler of outworld.
Fatality1: Fog turns invisible and a thick fog forms around the arena, then the opponent starts looking around in terror, then the fog starts to spin, then it starts to enclose the opponent, then it goes faster and faster, and gets closer and closer, then it stops and shoots at the opponent and covers only them in the fog. Then you see the opponent start to be crushed to death as fog turns the vapor into a metal and they die in a giant puddle of blood and body parts, then the metal turns into fog again and it shoots over to right of the screen and Fog (aroki) becomes visible again.
Fatality2: Fog goes over to the opponent and breathes fog into their mouth, then the opponent starts to scream and bend over in agony, then he sucks it back out through through their pours and their eyeballs and nose and mouth and all the opponents blood and insides come falling out and he/she falls to the ground backwards and at the end of it all that’s left on the ground is ripped up pieces of skin and bones and a bunch of blood and you see fog laughing.
Hari kiri: Fog forms a giant cloud of fog above him then turns it into metal and crushes himself to death.

animality: He turns into a white almost transparent dragon and starts to fly into the air, while the whole arena is covered in fog, then he fly's straight up into the air and comes back down in a giant gust of spreads apart and the is sucked back in to show fog standing in his human form atop a puddle of blood.

sorry for the crappiness his arms are too long and i suck at drawing. It isn't complete though, I want to add fog around him, give him a cool belt thingy, some spikes like reptile in mkda and some arm things like sub zero in mkd and he is complete.

Hara Kiri rips the pheonix orb out of his chest as as he dies he smashes the orb killing the spirit in the orb along with himself
story
after the dragon king was let lose blaze was afraid that what was going to happen in the past might happen again so he unleashed the second object that he was put incharge of in that lava tomb, the pheonixs orb which had the spirit of the creature who had previously defeated Onaga. the orb took control of a "black guy with dreads"(dont realy have a name for him), (basically the orb choose the most worthy human n the planet, sort of like green lantern). te orb instantly filled his head with its memories and power. remembering that he most be summoned because onaga has return he set out to seal him away again. hopefully forever this time.

Dude, I totally love this Character Concept! Just one suggestion, instead of another Deep Freeze fatality how about one were she shoots a spear, freezes it so it becomes hard, the spear acts like an actual spear, it stabs the person in the throat, they start gagging and struggling then she throws her flaming shurikens at them!

Scott also had to kill frost in order to help sub-zero. Scott made a deal with subzero to kill scorpion as his top mission to end this rivalry once and for all. Sub-zero had to get rid of Terrence and Phillip the fart fanatics. Frost is gone kenshi is out to the special forces to try to resurect Frost so she can her revenge if she knows who killed her. Scott is on a dangerous mission to destroy everybod's favorite character once and for all.

my bro did it, 4 days of hard work, could have done it faster, but he goes out a lot

The fatalities sound cool but in the 3D effects that Deception has they would be amazing. You have to agree with me on that.

After being made fun of in school for his imense weight Lard goes insane and eats even more ballooning to near 700 pounds. His weigth makes him an outcast and is forced to become a drifter. When he follows a trail of cheetoes left my Shang stung. Shang offers him the ability to be thin if he can compete for him in the Tournament shang is only lying his real intention with lard is to steal his soul after he defeats the dragon king. Shang wants his soul so he can eat a lot of subway and loose weight to make money off commercials saying he lost wieght eating subway. Lard accepts.
Fatality 1 : Lard pours BBQ sauce all over the opponent and eat him alive.
Fatality 2: Belly flop Bo Rai Cho style.
Freindship: Lard makes a turkey for him and his foe.
