Before buying Deception, I knew that eventually I would have to get the "connector-to-the-internet-thingy" for ps2.
After buying Deception on the 11/11 and playing a fair bit, it is safe to say that I need to be able to play it online. The way the computer fights is such utter crap that I can barely handle the frustration of trying to beat a CPU that knows what you're gonna do before you even do it.

I'm sick of trying to beat the same computer opponents over and over in konquest until eventually luck prevails. Playing against my friends is waaay more fun, but our schedules don't match so we find little time to brawl.
Anyway, what i need to know is wether you can play Deception online against INTERNATIONAL opponents? This is without taking account of the lag that may occur between such large distances.
Aussies: If not, or if there is too much lag for international games, can someone who plays MK:D online on ps2 in Australia let me know whether there is much action? How many people estimated are there playing MK:D online in Australia right now. Can you find a challenger straight away? Basically what I want to know, is if I go buy a network adaptor, will I be completely dissapointed, or pleasantly surprised?
thanx.
