DA to D, Confusing...

Ok, as I was going through DA last night two huge endings came back into view....

According to Kanos ending, he is filled with Lui Kangs soul.

And according to Reptiles, he is transformed into the Dragon King.

Are these going to have any effect on D?

1) Never really happened.

2) According to Reptile's ending, the DK has come back, but not that Reptile transformed into the DK.

Reptiles oviously happened because the dragon king is in D but we havent heard anything about kano or kunglao so far

Sorry It was Quan Chis ending that that happened after Kano killed Shang Tsung.

And it says in Reptiles that the egg cracked open and surged through Reptile, convulsing and transforming him.
