I still say they should scrap this project in favor of Mortal Kombat vs Shaq-Fu . It would clearly become the biggest seller ever.

If YOU had Midway's ear, in terms of a mashup *yeah, whatever, killer instinct. We know already* what would you suggest?

i c it like this... Mortal Kombat is finally coming out with a competitor for the Marvel vs. Capcom series. i dont think this is the forespoken MK8 that Ed Boon spoke of last year. this is simply a spin off for sh*ts and giggles. this'll no doubt b a fun azz game, but the tru MK8 is still in limbo...

I sure hope so, because Ed once said that the next gen one is going to be more serious and traditional that brings back the elements from MK1. And this shit isn't that.

tru... but im just having a hard time picturing Scorpion vs. Superman in a serious way (that doesnt look like he was created in MKA, where its suppose to look far-fetched... speaking of which any1 thin KAF will make a return?).... the trailer looked a lil funky itself... Sub-Zero vs. Batman? that was a lil hard to watch... i hope its just better in actual gameplay kuz these r def early renders and hopefully subject to change!

Yeah I'll definitely give the game a chance when it goes down to 10 bucks! And dude you should definitely play Atari's E.T., because you might like it.

mk vs killer instinct is the popular one most people would think of but there are other games that would fit in mk even if they are ripp offs. there are many fighters out there that didnt get enough credit...but even if they sucked back then doesnt mean they would do a good remake. heres a few i can think of that could do well if done right...

bloody roar
iron and blood
darkstalkers
timekillers

i dunno...did ed go through all the options or is he just giving a bunch of bs because these have potential in my eyes to be awesome next gen games and would be alot better than introducing dc in the series.
