If a 3d fighting game was going to be made involving just the DC characters by a team of very experienced fighting game developers, many would be happy. The story in MK has been screwed up for over half a decade now, so it isn't that. It has to be the cheap B movie thrills of gore that has everyone upset... no?

Well, yes, partially. Can you imagine a Friday the 13th movie where Jason didn't kill anybody? Or a Freddy movie without dream world or his trademark sweater and glove? It just doesn't fit.
But more so than that, I chiefly disappointed (not really upset) that after two years, and years more of substandard MK fighters, I, along with many others, was looking forward to a rebirth of the MK storyline and game structure.
Instead, I think most of us are going to end up waiting much longer for the plot holes and loose ends of Armageddon to be resolved.
And then there's just some people that hate Superman. Like me. When I was eight, I thought Superman was lame. What's that tell you?

That tells me that you want to beat the crap out of Superman when the game comes out, that's what it tells me.
If you think that Armageddon's plot holes will EVER get resolved, then you will be disappointed - forever. It was a hodge-podge game made for the fans as an excuse to get all the characters together, like Ultimate was.

Ooh, Killer Frost vs Sub Zero, or against Frost for that matter, or Captain Cold.

So why do we need another thread like this?

This thread was made last night, and I didn't see that someone mentioned a DC fighting game only thread, and still don't.

I 200%XInfinite agree with the storyline issue. Its such a let down (again).
As for the Superman bit...I dont hate him, but I dont like him at all either. Oh well. At least there's a chance we get to see Poison Ivy, I hope she is around.
