i have an idea for the mechanics of the death traps. its about tricking your opponent to throw himself in the death trap.

EX. its you vs nightwolf, your back is facing the meat grinder, a small hit would send to death. now that i set the scene, lets say nightwolf did his shoulder charge to try and knock you in, but instead of it hitting you, you side step causing him to ram in to the death trap and killing him self.

that would be cool to trick your opponent like that, i don't know if the mechnics will be like that, if nots its a cool idea.

It's interesting, but I think it would take a hit fit it to work. More likely, an opponent side steps and Nightwolf finds himself in position to be hit into the trap.

LOL! I think gameplay tactics near the traps will have to be modified somewhat. I doubt that it would be an advantage to be aggresive in those areas because of whay you just mentinoed about the side step. Huh! Interesting!

It's a good idea but I think it would be kinda impractical to actually make it work. When a character gets hit into the death trap, the animation is universal. Charging moves like you described all have different animations, and I think the transition of going between the special move animation to the "entering the death trap" animation would be awkward. JMO.

that would be pretty funny. but i think it would take a hit to send them flying back.otherwise if as you say nightwolf has his back to the grinder. what if scorpion happened to do his teleport punch. he wouldn't even hit nightwolf he would teleport right into death.
