am i the only one who thinks that being able to kill your opponent in the first round is kinda lame?

im hoping that death traps can be turned off in the first/2nd round. i mean like the guy who lost the first round can get death trapped in the 2nd and the other guy just hits an invisible wall

ummmm also i dont like watching people die and not seeing "fatality" on the screen

n- word please

you just wasted you time by reading this

ummm i think a death trap is when ummm you just knock your opponent to another level of the arena and a stage fatality is when they die from a part of the stage but i think it is only a certain round idk im confused

You know what? I'm sure that the doing the deathtrap in the first round thing is a lot harder than it looks, unless you're not online, in Vs. mode and are alone in the room. But you know what I AM disapointed with is all those flashing things on the floor. You think it will be possible to toggle them on off. You know what I'm talking about? The red and green flashy things that help you position proterly to preform a deathtrap or an on-stage weapon.

The Death Traps are great. I love the way a match could turn in seconds if your not careful. And it would suck if U could only do Death Traps on the 2nd round.

How can the deathtraps don't work when they're right at the end of the arena, some of them are even over cliffs and I'm like to see an invisible wall blocking you from throwing your opponent intp one, that will be hilarious.

If one does not like the death traps, turn them off.

My worst fear with the Deathtraps is that I won't ever be able to FINISH HIM/HER because my opponent will always end up in a Deathtrap before I get the chance.

I think the Death Trap additions are great! I F'N hated bumping off an Invisible Wall in Deadly Alliance.

Yeah but if DA had death traps, Imagine how easy it would be to kill someone on Acid Stage.

Death traps are what we've been wanting and they in no way ruin fatalities. Its payback for skimping out in Deadly Alliance.

Besides there are multiple levels on stages so it will be difficult to get a stage fatality in the first round anyway. Except in the pits, but then again you could choose not to fight there in VS mode and only use it if you want a sudden death match.

After shield walls in DA, death traps are welcome. If you can't do fatalites or hate certain character fatals, there are always the "ring outs".

Well it all ads to realism, if I was fighting for my life I'd wanna find a way to kill my opponent as fast as possible.

And you would know if you died by one, it was your fault. It's a strategic play, which makes you have arena psychology now.

And you just know that every person will have an arena where they always die and then they'll be all paranoid.

I think the crumbling stage will be my stage that I'll die on alot, since both players can fall off the edge.

I think I'll be able to avoif the traps though, I'm a big sidestep fiend. But hey, I guess all it takes it tactics to avoid them, while being able to lure the enemy there, right?

I have a bad habit of playing "2D." Meaning, barely side stepping.

Haha, you want to practice your 3-D skills rent Tekken 4, four days of that got me sidestepping like a fiend. Trust me, it helped me a lot in DA, so, playing other fighting games can help you in others.

Ohh I hate Tekken! I simply cannot stand it. The only other fighting game I'm good at is Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 (Where I push random buttons and something happens) I made alot of money off my friends to that son of a bitch! smile

To each his own, I don't like Street Fighter. I'm just saying that the only reason I DO sidestep is thanks to Tekken. I know I deserve a slap in the face for this, but for a time, like 2 weeks ago I actually was considering giving up on MK and getting into Tekken. But then I took another look at MK and I realized that it's a part of my heritage, lol.

The only good Street Fighter in my opinion, was Hyper Fighting. I used to own with Bison & Vega.

And give up on MK for Tekken?! Sombeody call my momma.
