We have newer more exspansive arenas, stage fatalaties, 2 fatalaties per character, new characters, returning old characters, 2 new mini games, bigger and better konquest, graphics polish, faster gameplay, tweaks to the fighting engine.... what more could you possibly want?

But to answer your question... more than likely everything that is to be in the game has already been programmed and the next few months will be alot of beta testing/smoothing out everything.

Sure MK: D has alot of things to be worked out, so there are tons of changes left to be done

Not necessarily changes but some adds that some MK fans want to have in MK:D.

i personally don't think anything we say now will affect the final game, it's getting too close to the release date and i for one hope they release it when they said, not delay and delay like they did with previous games.

For example, if u go back and check the previous posts u'll realize that:

-Many has been requesting for having an option that will allow us to end the whole match with 'Death Traps'.
-Many want Kitana's return in MK:D.
-If u watch the sample movie of "Sindel vs Mileena" falling together u'll find some errors.

and so on........
