They will have them on the shelf, but probably not on the release date. I'm sure most if not all of their copies were preordered. They will get more shipments of them though for sure.

nobody preordered it at the toys r us where i live and i asked about it and they said if they get some they will sell it without the preorder. the main thing was that you have to preorder if you want it.

It depends. The Kollectors/Premium Editins were limited. Which mean if a Gamestop only had 100 of them and they were all pre-ordered then u wont get one. But if EB had 100 and only 75 were pre-ordered they'll have 25 on the shelves/in a case/in the back.

Well, is it too late to pre-order? Or, when is too late? Because I really want the premium pack, if nothing else--I guess you can imagine. You might ask why I'm so late, well, we had a huricane here (Florida), so, it kind of disrupted everything.
