Do you think that MK6 will be 56k friendly?

I said it before I'll say it again. I have Jedi Academy for PC. I do play it online a lot with a 56k connection, most of the time at night and sometimes evening I get very low pings even with like 25 other people. With MK6 coming to PS2(Xbox live = high speed users only) there is a small hope that MK6 on PS2 might be 56k friendly. I would like to hear you people's thougths about this sub ject. thanks for your time.

Theres always that chance I suppose. I just recently got into online gaming with Xbox live. I don't know much about it but anything can happen.

Personally I hope that it is not. If so it would mean the game would be compromised to accomodate a slower connection. The voice/headset feature may not be an available option. And phone lines get disconnected too frequently which pisses me off.

This game will not be available for another 8-10 months, get on the ball and find a way to get a cable connection.

I certainly hope so. I'd be disappointed if it weren't as right now I am stuckwith dialup or satellite which is just as bad I'm told. If I could get cable again, I would in a heartbeat but can't where I've moved to. sad

Hope the mini games allow online play too. wink

I agree i hope that they dont have 56k because then they will have to lower stuff so ppl with 56k wont lagg out. So im sry for u ppl that have 56k but o well because i have a cable modem now i just need to buy a xbox because i hear ps2 online isnt that great.

i hope so for you, but more than likely not..... it would slow it down far too much especially over long distances. I feel for you man, it sucks to live where there arent any high speed internet providers. My aunt lives in the boonies too lol. And she cant get high speed either. Anyways hope it supports 56k for ya!
