Well according to Jade's (Or was is Sindel's?) bio it says that Tanya had already imprisoned Sindel - So she must have some sort of control/power.
Maybe she and Mileena have teamed up to 'help' the Dragon King? I think that would be a really good direction for the plot, if those two teamed up.

yeah but in her bio Baraka forces her to join the Dragon King because if she didn't he would have killed her so that pretty much shows that she wasn't really caring about teaming up with the Dragon King because she probably was planning on taking over Edenia.But she will probably screw over the Dragon King upon using the spells to combine the Kamidogou.

Agreed. Although the story is good, it could had been much better.

Hmm...tanya and mileena. You know, it wouldn't be bad if they teamed up. That would be a good story to work with, but it leaves most of the other characters with practically worthless stories if you get what I mean. Like, the lesser characters, those with not so great stories, pratically would have nothing to do with the Tanya-Mileena situation. It would be awesome if that happened, but they'd probably end up killing them both and we'd have no Mileena for MK7

It would be a good idea if Mileena and Tanya partnered up because they are both evil and they both want control of Edenia I think. They could help eachother succeed. Someone said alot of the lesser characters wouldn't be involves with them. Baraka, Sindel, Kitana, Onaga(dragon king), Jade and maybe other characters would all be involved with them somehow I think thats enough characters for it to work out.

I kind of agree.
I was expecting Tanya to be an extremely ambitious, hardcore ultra-bitch who'd backstab anybody to get what she wants; which I was looking forward to because I was hoping she'd end up feuding with Mileena over who controls Edenia. Instead she comes across as more of a cowardly character in her bio, only interested in survival, not conquering anything.
I'm not necassarily disppointed, it's just not what I was expecting. I hope her ending reveals there's more to her than she's letting on in her bio because I still think a Mileena/Tanya feud would be awesome.
