Does anyone else get stuck on a certain fight . . .

and completely lose it? Fighting Shang Tsung in Netherrealm and the Kochal fights with Kobra and Kira drove me f***ing crazy. I was cursing at my tv and just about broke my controller. I'm so pathetic, I was even insulting the characters like they were real people. It's sad, but damn some of these things are difficult. I think once you beat Shang Tsung in Netherrealm or the 300x Scorpion, you should be able to desecrate the body or something. After about 20 fights or so, I don't just want to beat them, I want to humiliate them and then destroy them. Maybe I just need anger management. It does feel good when you finally win, though.

agreed, theres nothing like the feeling of kicking some of the other charactors asses. I guess, all I can contribute, is to say that when you are getting frustrated, slow your mind down, and execute your combos. Don't try the same move over, and don't always play offense. There's ALWAYS a way, you just have to find it. However, i am finding scorpions 300x damage plus heal, is getting a little tiedious. I'v gotten so close, so many times! Perhaps if I could select jade or shujinko, but not barakka.

I beat 300 damage Scorpion with Mileena, just kept using telepot kicks, dodges, and the Heaven and Hell (Ying Yeung 113) and Good and Evil (YY 114) combos.

300% Scorpion was a piece of cake. Now, the Kochal fight was a real bitch. Kabal was no problem, but after battling Kira and Kobra some 30 odd times and getting decimated with 4-hit 116% damage combos all I could think was "I better get a f***ing superunlockable for this f***ing s***." Oh, was I overjoyed to add my 1000 onyx to my already endless supply of koins.

Yeah, the Shang Tsung and 300% Scorpion fight actually did result in a broken controller for me...it still functions, but the entire right side casing is broken loose and the rumble feature is gone....after beating 300% Scorpion I vowed then that I wouldn't bother with the konquest fights anymore, since I was already done anyway
