The novelty of using them sounds cool. I try using the Thoraxe sometimes, but most of the time, the fight is over before I get a chance to switch areas, and my opponent hardly has any health left before I try a combo. I find the Thoraxe to be a pain, plus the Beetle Lair never shows up. The only consistent weapon stages that show up in my game are the Slaughterhouse, and the Sky Temple.
But enough about my complaining, I want to read your thoughts on the matter.
