Does your window of opportunity dissapear to do certain quests get certain keys?

I can't find the following:
HJ Key (it's not at A9)
The Man who wants his uncursed sword back.
Tanya to give the map to (She was at A7 in Outworld, but she's since permanently dissapeared.)
I am the old shujinko, and I was wonder does window of opportunity dissapear for cetain quests?

No it does not matter how old you are some keys you must be there at the right time of day or you will not get it. I thought the same thing on some keys but I just went back and waited on time and it showed up!tongue
