If Skarlett was spellt with a 'k' instead of a 'c' then why wasn't Scorpion spellt with a 'k'?!!!

At this point, I would rather have a sequel with at least double the characters.

Or a full on NRS developed DC Universe: Brawl on Infinite Crisis Earths.

I'm still angry we never got Harle Quin and Quan Chi since they were supposedly done.

But yeah the game is almost three years old. A sequel is more likely. Personally I wouldn't mind alternating MK vs DC games with 'main' MK games. I liked DC Universe a lot but I doubt we'll see a MK vs DC Universe 2.

We still got the Quan Cheese model for MK2011. To answer your signature question - Scorpion was from the first game where none of the characters had a K in their name (not even Cage whose name derives from "kage") thus the K thing was not well utilized back then. Skarlet (with one t) in the other hand is a character partially created by fans (named) and you have to ask the fans who named her why they added the K. The reason is, likely, because the K letter became more popular in the 2000s with Mortal Kombat than it was in the beginning.
