I don't know if this has already been posted, but Boon mentions in the midway summer gamers day video that the dragon king was mkd's equivalent to goro or motaro. Could this possibly mean he is a really the sub boss? If so, I think it would be interesting if kitana was the final boss. The deception of the game would be kitana killing the dragon king at the end of the fight, and showing that she was in fact in charge of everything.
