In Drahmin's sketch from the krypt. Why does it say "take note of the reference to 'burial garb'"??

Why does it specifically say to note the reference to it though?

Doesn't make sense that it just means it is his alt costume!??! Not to me it doesn't anyhow...who cares?!?
