He means the town itself. And as far as I know, you can't get back in. Whenever you try going towards those doors again, it says that they're locked. There MIGHT be another way, but you can't get back in from the way you left town.

Yeah I meant the town itself. I missed the alt. scorpion costume my first time thru and now I cant get it. I was going to start another profile anyway but now I have to make sure to get it all before I leave town. If anyone can tell me what all is in the town it would help a lot. Ive got scorpions comstume and a couple of music tracks and Kenshi but I dont want to leave town until I know what Ive missed.
