Ermac in MK:D....

Does anyone find it odd that Ermac is linked to Kenshi? Isn't Ermac a villian of the outworld? I suppose you can say Ermac was manipulated by Kahn, but I always considered him to be on the side of evil. Any thoughts?

I never considered him evil really. I never though of him as living. I considered him an entity. It's strange that he taught Kenshi. Hopefully some light will be shed on that.
It's mentioned in Kenshi's Konquest mode in MKDA.

If I'm not mistaken, Kenshi freed Ermac from Shao Khan's control or something to that extent and Ermac was so grateful to him that he taught Kenshi the telekinetic slam.

You are 110% correct. That jogged my memory. They say that right before Konquest has you practice his telekenetic slam.
