european release date

Does anybody know if there is any difference between the American relase date and the European release date?
I can't seem to find information about it anywhere, apart from the fact that the game is released in the USA on 4th of october. What about us poor Dutch MK fanatics?

I have heard the 4th of november. But I could be wrong. I think there is a countdown thread for the UK version. DSB
